Vestibular Therapy

Vestibular therapy is a physical rehabilitation that uses motion and exercise to treat issues related to balance and dizziness. Vestibular therapy can be used to treat various problems and symptoms such as:
  • Chronic dizziness
  • Vertigo
  • Post-op unsteadiness
  • Patients with frequent falls
  • Vestibular schwanomma tumor
Vestibular therapy can entail a combination of the following exercises, depending on your condition and its severity such as:
  • Vision stability training
  • Posture training
  • Stretching exercises
  • Balance training
  • Walking and mobility exercises
